Easy AI Generated provides access to AI-powered content generation services through subscription plans and, where available, one-time credit purchases. By purchasing our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected during purchase. Because access to digital services and computing resources is provided immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Eligible Refund Requests
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund in situations including:
- Duplicate charges
- Accidental multiple purchases
- Technical issues that prevent access to the Service for an extended period
- Billing errors caused by our systems
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for change of mind, failure to use purchased credits, failure to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, user-generated content violations, or account suspension due to policy violations. AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and may vary in quality, style, or accuracy.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous charges. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks
We encourage users to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, we may suspend access to the Services while the dispute is being investigated and reserve the right to limit future purchases where permitted by law.
